Underscore Creativehelped Cordes & Company stand out at a conference by writing and designing a postcard that was mailed to registered attendees ahead of the event. The postcard introduced Cordes’ services and encouraged attendees to schedule a meeting during the conference. Once attendees arrived at the conference, they were greeted by a unique flyer shaped like a takeout coffee cup in their welcome packet. The flyer was slipped into an actual coffee sleeve that was branded with the Cordes & Company logo. The flyer offered attendees who met with a Cordes representative during the conference a $5 Starbucks gift card.
Grossman Dream Homes is a Denver-based real estate firm that specializes in working with individuals that are 50 years and older who are making a change in their housing situation. Grossman provides unique services to this market, including working with families who may be selling the property of a loved one who is moving to an assisted living facility or nursing home. The brochure that Underscore Creative wrote and designed highlights Grossman’s expertise and provides an overview of the benefits of working with real estate professionals who specialize in the 50+ market.
Heartwood Mills is a 70-year-old lumber mill located in Northern Michigan. They manufacture a wide variety of wood building products ranging from log siding and paneling to custom trusses and staircases. The product brochure that Underscore Creative wrote and designed provides builders with a glimpse at the products available from Heartwood Mills and encourages them to visit the Heartwood Mills website for product specifics.
Longmont, Colorado is located in Boulder County and boasts a thriving, diverse economy and an unbeatable view of Long’s Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. In 2011, Underscore Creative helped the city promote their new sustainability initiative by developing a logo and writing and designing an overview of the sustainability plan that would be understandable to residents and business owners throughout the city. The City of Longmont reached out to Underscore Creative again in 2016 when an updated version of the sustainability plan was released. Once again, Underscore Creative developed a name and logo for the initiative, wrote and designed an overview of the plan in the form of a 12-page brochure, and wrote and designed tri-fold brochures that provide a summary of the plan and steps citizens and business owners can take to help Longmont achieve its sustainability goals.
Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross is a Denver-based commercial real estate and property service firm founded in 1888. It is the region’s oldest full-service commercial real estate organization. Underscore Creative has provided design services to promote many development projects throughout the fast-growing Denver region. The large-format brochures are used by Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross brokers to showcase available properties to prospective tenants.
XTI Aircraft Company is revolutionizing private air travel with an aircraft that has the speed, range and comfort of a business jet but can take off and land like a helicopter. The TriFan 600 is in the testing stage and seeking both investors and buyers. Underscore Creative has helped create a brand identity for XTI Aircraft Company and also designed a variety of collateral pieces to introduce this groundbreaking aircraft to the public and generate excitement.
